3. AI Processing & Data Privacy
Our Commitment to AI Privacy: Bluer uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to power features like the Dating Wingman and Love Confidant. Your chat logs and prompts are NOT used to train our proprietary AI models.
To generate smart responses, we send de-identified and anonymized text to our trusted third-party AI partners (OpenAI, xAI, MiniMax). These partners are strictly prohibited by contract from using your personal data or chat content to train their public models.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
We share certain data with trusted third-party service providers solely to operate our app:
- Google Places API & Google Maps API: For location-based services and venue recommendations.
- Apple App Store: For processing premium subscriptions securely. We do not collect or store your credit card information.
- Firebase: For analytics, crash reporting, and troubleshooting.
- AI Providers (OpenAI, xAI, MiniMax): For processing AI Wingman and Concierge prompts (anonymized data only).
5. Age Restriction
Bluer is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use our app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover an underage account, it will be deleted immediately.
