Subscriptions & Billing

Bluer Plus subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings.

What is an AI assist?

An AI assist is used when you ask Bluer to generate or improve something with AI, such as a reply, profile suggestion, date plan, caption, comment, or opener.

How do I manage Bluer Plus?

Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. From there you can manage or turn off auto-renewal for Bluer Plus.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app settings. You may also email support@bluerapp.com if you need help with account deletion.

How do I report someone?

Use the Report or Block controls inside the app. For urgent safety concerns, contact support and include the account name, screenshots, and a short description.
